Do I need any technical knowledge?
Not at all. We take care of design, build, hosting and updates. You tell us what you need in plain language, and we handle the rest.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, SSL certificate, backups, security and technical updates, plus the care hours included in your package for content changes and small improvements. Any additional work is billed at €125 per hour, excl. VAT, always agreed with you in advance.
Can I update the website myself?
By default we make changes for you, using the care hours included in your package. If you prefer to edit texts and articles yourself, we can add a simple, user-friendly content editor as an optional extra.
I already have a WordPress site. Will I lose my Google rankings?
No. We carefully move your content over, keep your important page addresses and set up redirects for everything that changes, so visitors and search engines find their way. Most sites see their visibility improve thanks to the faster, cleaner pages.
How long does it take to launch?
Typically two to three weeks for Standard and four to six weeks for Professional. For Custom projects, we agree a timeline together as part of your proposal. The biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback come together, and we help you keep things moving.
What is GEO, and why does it matter?
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimisation: making sure AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini can understand your website and recommend it in their answers. More and more people search this way, so we build every site to be clear and well structured for AI as well as for Google.
Why are two languages included?
Many of our clients serve customers in German-speaking countries and internationally. Every site comes in English and German as standard, with correct language signals for search engines. More languages can be added for a fee.
